Is it April 1st.....is this thing real? I knew that it had been filed but then not another word about it....if depo's were on Sept. 30th what happened?
Am I on Candid Camera the web version? 
I would love for this to be true but.......having doubts.

The only October surprise here is that there are still people stupid enough to believe anything on Hannity's site.
I have a news flash for the OP. This is the United States. Any idiot can file any idiotic case in a court of law. Justice is blind - even to idiots who file idiotic cases.

Read this court order dated 09/29/2008:
BERG v. OBAMA et al Document 13 - :: Justia Docs
In short, Obama's lawyers requested a dismissal of the case. On 09/29/2008, a federal judge denied the request, and ordered Obama to provide:
Obama's "vault version" (certified copy of his long birth certificate.)
A certified copy of Obama's Certification of Citizenship
A Certified copy of Obama's Oath of Allegiance
