Wow some people are such whack jobs...this has been discredited and it's SOOO sad that you have to keep reverting to this.
Find something new. Everybody knows only the tinfoil-hat-wearers in the crowd believe this...

Obama up 6 points today. Thank God! By the way, don't you think the opposition would have checked his citizenship by now? Good grief.

If everything is on the "up and up"

Then why doesn't Obama just provide the necessary documents to the court and get it over with...

Instead he and his lawyers (and the DNC) are now asking for a motion to delay discovery

These Kenyans seem to agree, that BO was born in Kenya:

Doesn't matter where the birth certificate is from IF both his parents are American citizens.
His father was not an American. That's the problem.

I don't think he's a racist. His wife is though. I'm sure he's not an idiot and I don't believe he's unpatriotic. All politicians are liars. I'm voting for McCain, but if Obama wins it won't be the end of the world (at least not for that reason...).

If this is true, (which I dont buy for a minute) This means the Democratic party would sit with Obama/Biden on the ballot, Obama would be disqualified, Biden would move up to President. If I recall, this would mean the Pelosi, moves up to VP, (I could be wrong about this part).

Parties can not go and just substitute names on a ballot after the deadline for ballog nominations have passed. People have already voted, so there is no way anyone will allow a vote for Obama, to count for a vote towards another 3rd party, (Clinton or anyone else)

No, the problem would be if he was not born in the US or it's territories. One US parent is enough for US citizenship if born anywhere abroad, but even if both parents are US citizens, a child born in a foreign country cannot become President. If a child is born in the US with no US parent (even illegal resident parents) that child is a US citizen by birth and can become President. If you were born in Kenya you cannot be President unless you were born inside the US Embassy compound.

Default Hypothetically

well, since you've mentioned all of these little things, if Bush drops bombs on iran, the election would be stalled, and you'd get your wish, 4 more years of dubya.

Oh Obama will win for this very reason.

1) Obama supporters are very gung ho to do whatever it takes to win, they will run out to the polls in droves, vote once, twice, three times, whatever it takes, its the final outcome that matters, not how its obtained.

2) McCain is a liberal, and very much like Obama. Republicans do not like liberals, and will most likely rather stay home and not vote, then be forced to choose between two liberals.
