Thumbs up Survey USA poll of debate

SurveyUSA News Poll #14501

Quote:
Of debate watchers: 37% say Palin was the clear winner. 38% say Biden was the clear winner. 24% say there was no clear winner.

Debate audience was 31% Republican, 37% Democrat, 24% Independent.Of debate watchers:
47% say their opinion of Palin went up. 18% say their opinion of Palin went down.
38% say their opinion of Biden went up. 22% say their opinion of Biden went down.

Ohio debate watchers say: Palin was more likable. Biden had a better command of the facts. Biden was more ready to assume the office of President, should that become necessary.

50% say that Biden makes the Democratic ticket stronger, 17% say he makes the ticket weaker, 32% say he makes no difference.
51% say that Palin makes the Republican ticket stronger, 33% say she makes the ticket weaker, 16% say she makes no difference.
I'd say a pretty good showing for a candidate just five weeks on the national stage. Notice the Party ID.

I'm for Barrack, but I had it pretty even. Unfortunately for the GOP that's not good enough. They need to score some lopsided wins, that's 2 debates and two draws. meanwhile the Dems widen there lead.

"I'd say a pretty good showing for a candidate just five weeks on the national stage.'

More like the soft bigotry of low expectations.

(Thank you George Bush for that wonderful line!)

So that means the debate won't change McCain's slide in the polls. Great!!

McPalin is lost. All polls claim she lost the debate yet she claims it went well. It did. It went well for the dems.

Maybe it went well because she didn't look like a complete idiot, only a regular idiot. She does sound more and more like Bush though, with her scripted speech patterns and word pronunciations. Of course the Iraq is a task from God and creationism bull makes them even more similar.
Bush III ticket it is.

Did you make it clear to people these are the results from Ohio and not national results or did you leave them assuming they were national?
