The poll's up. I flubbed it a little.

I would have used a broader range but using something like 1-5 covers twenty years.

1972 - Frankly I don't remember if I voted for McGovern or Chisholm but I know I was voting for anyone who would get me and mine out of South East Asia.

1976 - I voted against Ford.

1980 - I voted against Reagan.

1984 - I voted against Reagan again.

1988 - I voted against Bush.

1992 - I voted for Bill Clinton.

1996 - I voted against Bob Dole.

2000 - I voted against Bush.

2004 - I voted against Bush.

2008 - I will be voting for a candidate for only the second time in my adult life. Obiden 08

These are two different questions and poll doesn't allow for that. I've voted in 8, soon to be 9. I've switched parties for fun and depending on whose primary I wanted to vote in. I've voted for both R and D candidates. I guess that makes me an independent.

Almost identical to my votes. I was too young in '72 and voted for Clinton in '96.
