Do you actually read financial news to get this information or do you just decide to blame someone other than your own party? If you had any clue you would see that it is much more that just Democrats and the CRA and sub-prime mortgages and Fannie/Freddie.

I have an idea for you. So you don't have to post the same, tired and boring posts over and over and over again.....try doing some actual research. Not on Drudge or Fox ,but try going back, seeing all of the different laws passed going over deregulation, CRA and similar and see who voted for what, who pushed for and against what and then figure out what is really happenening to the economy. Try getting your news and information from a non-political source and you will see just how foolish you actually look posting this crap. For you to get your "news" and information from a candidate running for office is hilarious.

<yawn>

WASHINGTON (CNN) – A new CNN/Opinion Research Corporation Poll suggests that by a 2-to-1 margin, Americans blame Republicans over Democrats for the financial crisis that has swept across the country the past few weeks — one factor that may have contributed to an apparent increase in Barack Obama’s edge over John McCain in the race for the White House.

LMAO!!!

Is that really going to do anything? Americans will already (deservedly) blame the Republicans for the economic turmoil so John McCain is wasting his time!!!

In the late 90s Barney Frank (D) MA chairman of the house finance comittee was having a homosexual affair with a high ranking executive in fannie mae who was in a position to have an impact on oversight and regulation of that company.

I dont know what this other ***** looks like but from the looks of Frank theres no way he's smokin that pole without some serious compensation or political favors

Can we say conflict of interest

Geez, listen to all the chimps rattling reactively at their cages in the background. Everybody screaming "Yeah!" whenever they think they're supposed to. Particularly when the name "Obama" is mentioned. Pavlov's audience.

And BTW--I too am simply dying over the thread title. It sounds vaguely...English. (I'm thinking Benny Hill.) Is this forum PG-13?
