Default Palin may owe up to 25,000K in back taxes.

Talk about the cat calling the kettle back. Oh wow, tax evader talking trash.
Reimbursements Raise Tax Issues for Palin - WSJ.com
Several tax experts said they believe Republican vice-presidential nominee Sarah Palin is required to pay federal taxes on $25,000 in reimbursements from the state of Alaska for her children's travel expenses.

The gall of it all and she thinks the voters are ignorant and to be toyed with as she wishes.

No it's wolf...we've got to change with the times.

"The kids are a slam dunk problem," said Robert Spierer, a partner with the accounting firm Perelson Weiner LLP in New York City. "The husband you could make an argument that he had to be there because it was required for spouses to be there." But not the children, he said. "I don't think I would ever claim that on my clients' returns. I can't think of a real strong argument for it."

Interesting.

But you have to remember that Sara doesn't think paying taxes is a very patriotic thing to do. In fact she thinks it is dumb. She's just trying to prove what a patriot she is by ducking her share of responsibility for the country she puts first.

Or maybe she is paying her taxes to the seperate nation of Alaska that Todd supports?

And how about the $17,000 she got in perdiem for staying at her home in Wasilla and traveling the 40 miles to her office in Anchorage? Do any of you who live 40 miles from your job get perdiem?
