I think what the McCain campaign has done, was sow the seed of hatred trying to link Obama with terrorists. First of all it brings out all the racists. You have people in the crowd calling Obama a terrorist and one man shouts "Kill Him" while another person in the audience calls a black person part of the media crew "boy". Its that kind of atmosphere that brings out people like Lee Harvey Oswald. The McCain campaign is playing with fire and the voters will reject this kind of politics.
It's true and the sad part is that I don't think they care! It makes people on sites like stmft very excited and ramp them up for their long anticipated "race war!" They are only looking for a spark to ignite to get it started!

you are correct. And if Obama wins due to high black turnout in some of these battleground states, these same people will hold it against all black people. So this kind of atmosphere can start a race war.
It's also potentially jeopardizing her national political career for an apparent losing cause. She needs to think beyond November, whether or not her ticket wins.
Palin and McCain have seen the news stories, I demand that at their next rally they encourage their supporters to be peaceful and understanding. Otherwise, I would blame them entirely if something were to happen to the honorable Senator from Illinois.

Oh no, I would like to see her go down in flames now, before she has a chance to cross the fire line out of Alaska. They made her, they can keep her.

I think you are a little overboard with your assesment of Sarah Palin's rallies. And where are you getting this stuff from? I saw a good part of the Florida rally. There were no such shouts that I heard.
I think this kind of negative camapaign will cause alot of evangelical support to drop off too.
