Yep, more evidence of Obama's fascism.

Do you have a link to this info that says that it was because of the NAACP that this complaint was logged?

I've probably spent more time here than most, as I lived here for almost 18 years. Sorry, but I'm missing whatever you're seeing. While I have been critical of my local govt in the past. I still consider our current Sherriff a class act, compared to the other two we've had since I've been here.
Keep in mind he is up for re election, and I'm sure alot of this is driven by that fact. Just another smear campaign, in another election cycle.

I heard this question on local news here, the other day.....(assuming he actually wins)How will they swear Barrack Hussein Obama in, on January 20th, if no body is allowed to say his name?

Alot of silliness, if you ask me...

This is all starting to sound like the same brand of extremism you get from certain muslims, if you were to post a picture, or other representation of "Mohammed" someplace. People foaming at the mouth in the streets.........This country seriously needs a good enema.

Bottom line is, he shouldn't have been introducing a candidate while in uniform. Doesn't matter which candidate, doesn't matter what he said.

The real issue is this:
"The question is - did he use his position as sheriff to influence an election? If so, he could be in violation of a federal election law called the Hatch Act."
