This thread is about grades. So I'll start to that. What transcripts do you feel need to publish? Grad, Undergrad, High school, Middle school.....?
What if the candidate never went to college (it's not a requirement)?
And how is Arizona going to tell Hawaii that its version of Birth Cert is not good enough? That is going to start one hell of a pissing war about interstate documentation. Next Drivers licenses are not recognized by other states then marriage licenses etc....
