Default Let's help McCain with the Palin problem

Palin just being found to have violated the public trust is going to be a problem for McCain to spin. I think we should brainstorm here to help him come up with the best one.

How about

- Since the bi-partisan panel was mostly republicans, he could say that this just shows how mavericky they are - they have enemies on both sides of the aisle.

- He could say Palin wasn't really ready to be Governor and only had 20 months in office so we should excuse a few of her rookie mistakes.

- He could say that the Alaskan laws are just 'guidelines' and this one really isn't that important.

- He could say Obama is a terrorist.

Any other ideas?
