As Palin is revealed more and more as a nut, as a McCain supporter, which candidate SHOULD he have picked? Vote.
What's really stupid is that if McCain's camp wanted to get more women's votes by picking a woman...they could've chosen much more wisely...and failed.....failed their constituents, failed the country and insulted all the women in it.
We really do have Hillary to thank for helping convince McCain to let the neocons push this idiot wacko onto his ticket. It turns out that the nut fringe that would ignore the issues and just vote for someone with a uterus out of spite is smaller than he thought. Thanks, Hill!
McCain is a dimwit so-called "Maverick" that's the problem. Personally I think McCain has lost the battle and the war (he's ran for president for 20 years goodness) but the GOP should bounce back in 2012 with Romney/Jindal with a successful presidency in 20012-2020. Obama is only going to be a 1-term president as he is inheriting the slumping economy, war in Iraq and immigration woes, not something "hope" can change in 4 years. Hope is great, but it is not a plan or a strategy.
FDR inherited a lot worse and he sure as hell wasn't a one term president. Granted, nobody knows what an Obama presidency will look like, but you can't count your chickens before they're hatched.

I think Romney/Jindal would be a great ticket also. Let's hope it happens.
Romney would've been a smart and prudent choice, but as McCain went with his gut on this one, instead of his brain, we all see how that choice is working out for him.
I doubt 2012 is going to be promising for the GOP either. This is looking like a major political realignment year (or maybe 2006 was?) as Americans begin to embrace liberalism more comfortably. The conservatism that we knew the last 50 years is dead and gone.
She is on the same playing field as Pat Robertson.are we electing a person to impose there views on us?????
Isn't that why we have a supreme court?
