I think any state that will be really TIGHT in November will go to Obama due to the black vote surge.

It is true that alot can happen in 3 weeks but unless Obama makes a huge mistake or there is a national security issue rising, nothing is going to change very much in 3 weeks. Usually it takes big events to dramatically shift the polls like presidential conventions, the selection of Sarah Palin or the economic crisis. The debate tommorow is really McCain's last hope. If he can crush Obama, which I doubt, that can change some momentum. But the best McCain will be able to do in the debate is a draw with Obama. Obama is a really skilled debater.
