Default Daily Show - McCain's "new" stump speech - funny stuff

A critique on McCain's "new" stump speech - self-explanatory video. I love the ending about the dopey people who "buy" into this "new' speech concept.

That was too much- especially the idiot from Fox who says at the end "well, there you have it- that was not the usual stump speech from John McCain"........lol. Talk about pathetic.............

delusianne: Ironic, isn't it? Shows like this cut through the BS and actually inform us better than the political pundits.
BobK: I loved the ending too!

Obviously someone on the speechwriting team isn't above copying lines from the "evil, leftist, elitist" Hollywood.

"Never give up, never surrender". Catchphrase of Galaxy Quest.

"I'll make (you) them famous". Young Guns!

The Daily Show nails it again.

Has anyone else noticed (I am saying this as someone not voting for McCain or Obama) how the Daily Show simply doesn't make fun of liberals any more? I remember back when they harassed both parties equally, now it seems like all they do is cater towards a young liberal audience...

I think the McCain campaign is presenting the comedians with more opportunities.....

I do actually think they are going after conservatives, because their audiance is liberal and young.

I watched a re-run of the show after the second presidential debate. They did try to even it out.

They made fun of Obama's ears.........................................

They make fun of Obama all the time as well... have you been watching the show? They had a whole segment about the hurricane and Obama heading down to stop the waters like Jesus.
