It's different in two ways - 1) The ignorance of the people in harlem is rooted in hope, where the ignorance of this video in ohio is rooted in hate. It may not be any better as far as the 'vote' is concerned, but morally... 2) the people in harlem are very undereducated and very poor - it's highly likely they aren't even registered to vote. The people in ohio were quite obviously educated and shoud 'know better'
