And that's the key, we all know a President himself isn't going to end abortion. However, if the President is opposed to it at least, and would do everything in his or her power to fight it, to me that's a President with good strong morals and solid character. I don't know how Nobama can sleep at night knowing he supports legal murder of innocent babies.
If you think John McCain gives a damn about abortion, you are really naive. He's not going to do anything to "fight it." Bush promised the same thing. What has he done to "fight it"? NADA. The neo-cons just know that it's a good talking point for their base. And the base falls for it. Every time.
BARACK OBAMA DOES NOT SUPPORT ABORTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!
can you read that?
You can type whatever you want in bold, make it color whatever. He does support abortion He doesn't even support treatment of a baby that is the botched abortion. He wants them to die even though they get lucky enough to survive the abortion that would have killed them. That is one cold person.
Wait a minute, this is supposed to be about Republicans endorsing Obama, not the other way around. Looks like you've got your head screwed on backwards, poster.
BTW that list of endorsements [b]is[/] rife with errors and lacks any list of references to lend it any credibility. Since when has Lincoln Chaffee been considered a conservative, just for starters?
so the only problem with that list is Lincoln Chaffee (who was a republican but turned Independent back in 2007)?
Even though the comment was made earlier in the thread that Obama is not for banning abortion, I have concerns about him on the women's reproductive rights issue.
Conservative/Republican newspapers are backing Obama too:
The Denver Post, "which had backed George W. Bush in 2004 (http://www.editorandpublisher.com/eandp/news/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1003875479 - broken link) and is owned by Republican-leaning William Dean Singleton," endorsed Barack Obama for president on Friday. "So did the Chicago Sun-Times, Kansas City Star. Southwest News-Herald (Ill.) and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. And to top it off: another Bush-backing in 2004, The Salt Lake Tribune."
The Obama campaign has posted excerpts from all the recent endorsements.

How about some links for this one.
You've been asked more than once now.

I find it amazing that you really believe that. I mean, stupendously amazing.
I would really love for you to provide links that offer evidence of your accusations.

I find it amazing you support someone you know so little about.
