sort of like how McCain told whatever team it was when he was in their city that he listed their names to his captors but it was actually some other team.

On Monday in Tampa Obama noted that he is a unity candidate who brings people together, a White Sox fan "showing love to the Rays, and the Rays showing some love back."

On Oct. 11 in Philadelphia, Obama said, "My White Sox are gone, so I'll go ahead and root for the Phillies now."

He's a Phils Phan obviously. He was nice about the Rays but he didnt say he's rooting for them.

I know. He sounds like a Texas politician.

As a fellow White Sox fan I will also give some love for the Rays. Longoria might be the best rookie I've seen in a long time.

In an interview he discussed the World Series- It was on a local Orlando station and I cannot find a link. But he said that he is a White Sox fan, but that since they are out of the running in the World Series he is rooting for the Phillies.

He did congratulate the Rays, but he did not imply that he was rooting for them.

i don't care much for which team he supports.. i look for clues on how he will run his government..

you should see what a well run ship his campaign is! bodes well for how he will run his administration. john mccains campaign keeps changing tactics weekly, trying to find what works (still)
