In my personal opinion, anything that comes up between now and voting day will be intentional manipulation. I vote early and prefer not to be manipulated.

Influenced US all???

Bin Laden could have surrendered, rebuilt the WTC and promised free oil for life, and I wouldn't have voted for Bush.

If that is your example of anything happening, I repeat, you aren't open minded.[Mod edited].

I was going to go and vote early yesterday. The early voting place was at the local library. I thought my son and I could go pick out some books and I would pop in and cast my ballot. So didn't happen, the line of people waiting to go vote was out of the building and and around the corner. There was no where to park for blocks. Sooo I guess I will be waiting to vote on election day.

There were no real lines here in my little county seat but people were moving in and out pretty steady and to the credit of my county poll workers, they were very efficient at getting folks moving through. Felt a bit like being cattle about to be loaded on a truck for market but was quite painless and quick.

I was looking at the link in the OP and I am pretty amazed by the amount of early voting this election overall. The numbers on that are updated fairly regularly so be sure to check in. Although someone posted what I think was a better site showing the data in a map like format but for the life of me I can't remember where it is.
It's actually one of the links on that site, if this is the one:

Ah yes! that is the map I was talking about, guess I just got lost in the sea of data.

Interesting thing I noticed was West Virginia, check out those numbers. I am pretty amazed really as if this trend continues, I'll be slack jawed.

The lines will be long on election day, too. But, if they are, I really hope you'll stand in line and vote.
