Finally we get to see the real Robin Hayes!!! I'm so glad he screwed up royally at the recent McCain rally in Concord, NC. I voted for McCain & Palin (early voting), but did not vote for Liddy Dole(U.S. Senate) nor would I have voted for that Traitor Robin Hayes!!

He doesn't represent my district, but he DOES represent alot of my family. And he is supposed to represent working class people in NC that have been hurt terribly by all the loss of manufacturing jobs in this state. Much of my family (including me) worked in textiles once. This jerk, whose mother was a Cannon and owns a textile mill, had the audacity to vote for CAFTA and the Trade Act of 2002!! He rolled over for the President and other special interests and let himself be bullied into voting against his constituents!

Hayes and Dole have done NOTHING on Capitol Hill to stand up against China's dirty trade tactics and sorry free trade agreements that have sent over 200,000 NC manufacturing jobs away! Time to THROW THE BUMS OUT!!

Hey I voted early today (Obama) and DID NOT vote for Hayes! I am going to write him an email too and let him know his nasty comments are offending new comers to his state as well as the McCain campaign. Good job Hayes!

I liked reading your post. We just mid Summer moved from Michigan to North Carolina. I'm voting for Obama but I like to vote for who people are not the party. I have read about others running. Alot have been said about Liddy Doyle but not being from here it makes voting here hard when voting for more than President.

I agree Dole is the most worthless senator I have ever had represent me, though for entirely different reasons. I did not often agree with Helms, but he would do stuff for you if you were a North Carolinian, expidite your passport, cut federal red tape, send in the marines etc. Dole...not so much. I have never had a good experance with her. She sends bs letters that have nothing to do with anything, her staffers yell at people who disagree with them, and I have never heard of her making time for her constituants. That and she done little to nothing for NC with all the supposed influnce she has. Useless and worthless.

Welcome to NC! Wolverines or Spartans?

Anyway, what we have in NC are alot of Republicans who try to appeal to working class folks with the Three G's routine: God, Guns, and Gays. They try to come off as down-to earth and folksy. They talk tough on illegal immigration, but never seem to want to fine the companies who hire them. They love the Iraq/Afghanistan wars, but want someone else to pay for them. They talk about jobs, but make sure that our trade policies are stacked against us. People like Hayes, Dole (who only became a Senator because of her old man Bob), Virginia Foxx, and Richard Burr (who only became a Senator because John Edwards didn't run for it again in '04). These losers have clung to Bush like a wet rag.

I voted for McCain for his foreign policy, energy, and tax plans. I like Sarah Palin. I don't always vote for the same party. The administration can do alot for the economy, but Congress is the final answer on policies in the end, and the bums we've had in there lately have sure dropped the ball. I suggest voting against the incumbent. Get 'em outta here!
