GREEN, Ohio, Oct. 22 -- Sen. John McCain campaigned across Ohio with Sarah Palin at his side Wednesday, drawing energized crowds of GOP partisans while his campaign dismissed the latest controversy over his running mate as coming from elitists and not representing the opinions of average Americans.
“When it came time for choosing, somehow Barack Obama just couldn’t bring himself to pick the woman who got 18 million votes in his primary, and that seems to be too familiar a story isn’t it?†Palin said at a rally in Henderson, NV yesterday. “How it is for so many American women that the qualifications are there, but for some reason the promotion never comes?
Wow. What a divisive character Palin is.... For some reason, what she said in Henderson reminds of something I'd hear cartman say on South Park... Playing on peoples emotional pain and fear. Unfortunately for her and McBusch, people want more than fear tactics, we want a steady leader who isn't going to further sell the country out to the greedy corporate interests.

When they first proposed this line to Palin she stated that she didn't know that Obama owned a Vette nor could she understand why Obama wouldn't take Hillary for a ride in it.
