This is the conversation that Obama wants us to begin to have. The truth is, there is no other option. There simply isn't. We MUST leave oil behind--for many, many reasons--not the least of which is that it's the only option if we want the next generation to live in a habitable world, and not pay a terrible price for our willful blindness. Obama is mainstream, to the core. A committed capitalist, and--at heart--a fiscal conservative. And he's also smart. Really smart. And he surrounds himself with smart people. And, at the moment, he's the only option we've got if we give a damn about the future of our children, our nation, or the planet. We have GOT to dispense with old-world fears, outdated and destructive ways of seeing (and using) the world, move into new territories of communication and innovation. Or we won't make it. For me, I see Obama not as a "savior." I have little patience with such silliness. (And he can hardly be held responsible, after all, for people over-projecting in terms their near-worship of him.) For me, Obama's understanding of the world offers a chance for clarity and direction for our nation. And, most of all, innovation. In the link below, these are the kinds of people and conversations that Obama is interested in. And me, too. Really interested.

Go to sleep, it is obviously way past your bedtime...If that is your immature, inconsiderate lame response to a well written, thoughtful post, you must be no more than twelve years old. Shame on you.

Well written and yet it's full of grammatical and spelling errors? Shame on you.

Contents is where it is at. Pavarotti could not read a single note of music and yet he was the greatest opera star ever. Quality and content!

Now the question is, do we want that for our country? of course not. If that happens, we dont want a person who says that Global Warming is being caused by God. We need someone who could face reality and someone who could make this country a better one; Thats whyy we should vote for Obama.
What do u guys think???????

Wasn't that the one you were responding to? If not, I apologize for the error. If yes, I stand on my response.
