My "Favorite Lie That Shows How Stupid Repubs Are" is the drooling,
"dey'll take ma guns away".

Hasn't happened, nobody has proposed that it happened, they can't show proof that anyone has tried to take their guns away, they have NOTHING but they burble and gurgle it anyway....

I disagree. She doesn't know what the heck she's saying, which makes it much worse! She's making it up as she goes along. Her handlers give her some cute catch phrases and she just fills it in with winks, wide eyed stares and pearly whites. It's one thing if she knows she's lying, but she doesn't even know!

My favorite GOP lie is "Family Values". I agree with many of the fiscal principles of the GOP, but when it comes to family values and the religious BS, nothing turns me off more. I would assume many Independent/Libertarians do not vote Republican because of the same lies.

I love the "Joe the Plumber" lies.
McCain saying "Joe" won the last debates just kills me.

I would say the fiscal stuff is actually their biggest lie. This nonsense that they are fiscally conservative and into small government. That is just not the case, when one looks at pork barrel they vote for, on the amount of money being spent on non-bidding contractors in Iraq such as Haliburton, the medicare prescription plan that specifically doesn't allow negotiation with the drug companies on prices, the corporate welfare (tax breaks up the wazoo) and giveaways time and again like this latest bailout the Republican administration proposed. Or maybe I misunderstood what you were saying. Either way its a question with a smile and respect for my fellow poster .
