Just before the ceremony, Legace was the first player onto the ice for St. Louis. A team official pointed to the carpet. But Legace said the official moved his own foot from the carpet just as Legace stepped down, causing the carpet to slide

Legace didn’t blame Palin for the injury.

“She’s been pretty good for our game,” Legace said. “I’m starting to like her more and more. No grudge.”
What a guy! Another fan of VP Palin.

Typical liberal mentality - always expecting others to do the work for them.
Don't make me go back and have to quote you about the chasm between Obama's "rhetoric" and reality. YOU said that. As such, I am calling you out. Time for you to step up to the plate, unless you are willing to concede your statements were worthless. See - here's how it goes...you allege something and then actually have to back it up - when you are supposedly speaking of facts. That IS how these things work on Internet boards.

I've noticed it doesn't work that way on this board when it comes time for a 'pug to cite their source. To paraphrase a quote by Adams a WCHA referee, "They just make $hit up."

Palim wasn't great luck for the Blues. They lost 4-0.

Well, in the spirit of true conservatism, I at least want them held accountable. But this concept might not be understandable to them in this situation, in spite of all their rhetoric around accountability and what have you, I realize. They just might not "get it."

As a fan of the St. Louis Blues I naturally was paying attention to the crowds reaction to Gov. Sarah Palin. Proud to say that the Blues fans were excellent hosts and responded to her with much applause and cheers according to friends of mine were there. Come on folks, that is what this thread is all about.

Again, thank you St. Louis Blues fans for your respectful acceptance of Gov. Palin at last night's game. Made me proud to be a Missourian.

You should be proud - they showed a lot of class, unlike some of the philly fans, even though most of those fans cheered her as well.
