They could throw rotten tomatoes and you would think that they were roses.

I think it's great, and she enjoys doing this sort of thing.

No, for me personally, I can't stand that people are so freaking stupid and think dropping a hockey puck somehow qualifies her for the job of Vice President of the United States. Somehow...I don't think the job description states...experienced in dropping hockey pucks.

What the hey, Bush has thrown out a few baseballs too. So did Clinton. Of course, dropping the puck is just a photo op.

No, my fear is that the OP actually represents a chunk of the voting population that thinks it's just swell, "yeah, sure, you betcha" in that Alaskan folksy sort of way and that this is reason alone to vote for this ticket. Because people like her, doggone it.

Oh well, look at it this way...while Putin is lining up Russia to be the next superpower, at least that gosh durn hockey mom will be able to drop a puck in one of their ice arenas.

The stupidity terrifies me and FLOORS ME!

Of course I don't think that.

However, the stupidity that terrifies me is Obama supporters that actual believe the tripe he is serving (hopenchange) in the face of mountains of evidence to the contrary - his record doesn't come close to matching his rhetoric. To me, that is more than stupid.

Well, please DO elaborate and cite sources. I await an education from you. And BTW, please provide the evidence to substantiate that his history indicates he cannot deliver. Specifically, I want the "mountains of evidence to the contrary," that you are "privy" to.

I won't hold my breath here

I like lots of people, but I also recognize that they are totally unfit and unprepared to be elected to the office of the VP.

After all this woman blamed her 7 year old for the boo's she got in Philly when she dropped the puck. Jeeeeeeeezzze what kind of mother lays that on their 7 year old? I didn't watch this one, but did she drag a kid with her as a possible scape goat?
