If any suit comes on (god forbid), that removed Obama from the POTUS after the election, Biden would become POTUS anyway.
Can anyone answer the actual ? instead of validating the point that Obama is, in the mind of the people who file these lawsuits, not a natural born citizen?
For that matter, wouldn't the Clintons have done a lawsuit as well during the primaries if there was something to this?
mccain isnt a natural born citizen and he lied about where he was born, and is still doing it... check the other thread for link. the 14th amendment would make them both natural born anyways even if born elsewhere..god guys stop this is so dumb.

The suit (Berg) is Dem vs Dem in-fighting, not Rep vs Dem as many on this forum think...pghquest is right: Berg is a prominent Democrat who supports Clinton...
Berg is a struggling attorney with sinking prospects. What better way to lift himself to prominence than filing a claim against Obama that has no merit but gives desperate, salivating Republicans something anything to grab hold to....anything for some hope!?! What a farce.

You are completely wrong about McCain, since he was born at an US installation. For example, if a child of American citizen parents is born at an American embassy overseas, the child is a natural born US citizen. anyone that thinks mccain can run is based on some things mccain told them which turns out to not really be so true.. but anyways, still a non issue. A Judge would rule McCain can on 14th, and if Obama was born outside USA which he wasnt, he could run if McCain could on the same 14th amendment .. such a non issue.
