You always here how if so and so gets elected, everything in America will become just the opposite of what it was before the election. Guess what folks? It doesn't matter who is president. IT'S CONGRESS YOU NEED TO BE WORRIED ABOUT!!! Congress has more power than the POTUS, imo.

Oh, and the times for doom and gloom are already here. I guess some of you forget about the economy, the war, etc.

IMHO - SCOTUS is the most powerful of the three branches of government. They are the ultimate authority and have the ability to strike down any law that congress passes.

as much as a full repub congress

Term limits are what's needed for both houses. And, if these guys won't vote for their own term limits, then allowing more than one person from each party to run against an incumbent would help to get some of these folks out of office. Serving the country was NEVER meant to be a career. Too many opportunities for chicanery.
