It appears the FEC, DNC and Obama have waived their right to respond - in other words, they think (hope) the case will be dismissed and the media won't have to report on it. Odd that the Solicitor General is now speaking on behalf of Obama and the DNC - very odd. This case will probably be dismissed - the Donofrio case, I'm not so sure - scheduled for conference with all 9 justices on the 5th.
I imagine the Keyes case in California will also make it to SCOTUS as well.
