So by that section he could get a certificate claiming Hawaiian birth even if he was physically born outside the US but the Place of Birth would need to be correctly recorded.
Understand, the Hawaiian Authorities may be able to Issue a Hawaiian Birth Certificate under these circumstances but they cannot make you a U.S. Citizen. A child born in Kenya to an underage U.S. mother and a UK and Colonies Citizen in 1961 was not born a U.S. Citizen under any US Federal Law, under British Law, or International Law. The only way such an Individual could be a U.S. Citizen in terms of the XIVth Amendment, or any Statute, or Code of U.S. Federal Law is by Naturalization.

2) In order for you to be correct, the lie (or error) would have had to have been committed in 1961. This is because the hard copy certificates that have been seen - and there are more than one of them - all contain the same data.
3) #2 becomes unlikely because of the Birth Announcements - one in the Sunday Advertiser and one in the Star Bulletin. As the information for these was provided by the Bureau for Vital Statistics, which received a bundle of birth certificates from the hospital each Friday, the Senator's mother would have gotten somebody at the hospital to fudge things, rather than merely getting the "certificate of late birth."
4) There is no actual evidence that Obama's mother went to Kenya at that time that I am aware of. "There are reports that... is not evidence. It doesn't even make it to the status of hearsay. It's rumor. While Atty. Berg promised days ago to make an audio tape available from Obama's paternal grandmother, no such tape is available.
5) There is no actual evidence of a Kenyan birth certificate found by a Republican dirty tricks squad, merely a 'news' story that alleges that they did. But, that same story also notes that it was a common practice to create such birth certificates for children born far from their African families. (And no evidence that this is true, either!)

But you can't go back in time to place birth announcements. The newspaper doesn't retroactively add birth announcements to published papers.
And if Obama falsified records post-1961, he had to have done it before starting school in Indonesia, where the records clearly show his birthplace as Honolulu.

True! And the courts thus far won't help...and neither will the media give it much attention. Personally I do not care when the truth is learned, as long as the truth comes out before Obama takes office. I think Obama will win in a small landslide, which is fine because it will be the people's choice. I just want to know that our President meets the requirements of the Constitution...and if he does - great. But, if not then Obama has taken millions of people for a huge ride and taken almost a billion dollars when he knew he was not eligible "if" he's really not eligible. It's so easy for Obama to clear this matter up but he refuses to do so. Why?
Obama has a lot of issues surrounding himself that no other candidate for POTUS has ever had. He seems to get a pass on everything, including this. I just hope the people are not going to have a President that we really don't know well enough...and never should have ben a candidate in the first place. Time will tell because I'm convinced the truth about all these things surrounding Obama will come out sooner or later.

The obvious answer is that maybe the truth has already come out. You have basically stated that you won't believe a Hawaiian birth certificate that says he was born in Hawaii, so you really aren't looking for the truth, you are looking for validation of your opinion.
