Do some people really believe our government would allow people who actually have ties to terrorism to run for president? I really don't think our government is that stupid. And I don't think that the average American is so connected and well-informed that they can see that Obama is a "threat" to the American way of life while the U.S government remains unconcerned? Not that I don't think our government can make mistakes but seriously, the big conspiracy to get a president with ties to terrorism is a little far-stretched. Have a little faith in your country, they would not allow something like that to happen and they certainly wouldn't put the option in our hands.

Please, if you are going to vote for McCain...vote for him because you believe in him. Anything else would be disrespectful. I don't believe he would want to win the election out of fear.

I agree. And by the same measure GW should be given the same respect. Does it make sense that our govt. would allow one man to sell out the entire country to big oil and Halliburton? Of course not! If you are going to vote for Obama do so because you believe in his Socialist views and just as a vote against GW.

I don't believe his views are Socialist, and I would guess, neither does he.
