Using 1948 as our starting point for the terminal generation, a child born in 1948 would now be sixty, or turning sixty this year. Remember Hitler, certainly a type of anti-christ, had the same intoxicating effect on the German people. But Obama has already been around the world receiving huge crowds where ever he went and with a similar "I've-seen-the-messiah-like" reaction from the foreign crowds that he gets in America.

I think the numbers game you pointed to would more likely than not be a rabbit trail. I certainly didn't see any smoking guns and it was very complex, unlike the title "vicar of christ" (a title some believe is used exclusively by the Pope) that has letters that correspond to Roman numerals that add up to 666. I do find a little traction on the Joe the Plumber/socialism issue since the Bible indicates that in anti-christ's time, no one will be able to buy or sell without having the mark of the beast. A centrally run and tightly controlled economy of some sort fits that circumstance. I've already warned on this forum that big tax increases will drive the economy underground. That could be a good pretense for forcing a cashless system on America. We all know the technology is already here for such a system.

I've heard that Pius Jews in Israel are already planning the reconstruction of the Temple. Honestly I'm a little surprised that it hasn't moved forward more to this point. Maybe the process is stalled waiting for "the one" to bring his short-lived peace. Now will Obama, the one with the Muslim name, be the one to broker a deal to get the Dome of the Rock and Al Aqsa Mosque off Mt. Moria? Some have speculated that these Muslim shrines could be removed and rebuilt in Mecca. I must confess at this point that my very limited knowledge of Bible prophesy doesn't get me past the Dome of the Rock, IMHO, being at least a type of "Abomination that makes Desolate" as described in the book of Daniel. (Muslims set the build date at year 72 in the Muslim calender which corresponds to about 691/692 AD. Time, times and half a time, or three and one half, times the 360 day Hebrew year gives us 1260 days/years not accounting for leap months, subtract 1260 from 1948 and you get 688, very close. But the temple mount was still held by "gentiles" in 1948. If you use the Roman year having 365 days you get 1278 days/years that connect more closely with the liberation of the Temple mount following the six-day war in 1967, "Jerusalem shall be trodden down with Gentiles until the time of the Gentiles is complete", 1967-1278 = 689). I'm not sure what other significance, if any, it may have.

In any case, the stage is certainly set for anti-christ. As for the moral head wound that he is to recover from, my understanding at this point is that a head wound could be literal or symbolic as in the removal of a head of state. If Obama is elected and then removed from office, by impeachment for example, then is the image of the beast Biden? I know already some on this forum would insist it would be McCain. If we look at this from a symbolic point of view, he could be elected and sworn into office and at a latter time found to indeed be ineligible for the office due to not being a "natural-born citizen" as required by the constitution. The "image of the beast" could then be interpreted to be who ever take the presidency afterward. Well you've got my wheels turning now. It's 9:12AM and I have to get ready for work, but as soon as I'm done with that I think I'll be reading Daniel again and likely Revelation too.
The antichrist is to come out of Germany. The beast is the Pope. Sorry, people. No offense.

I was sure that George Bush was the anti-Christ. Been there, done that. Give it up. It is a ridiculous claim. Besides, isn't the anti-Christ supposed to deceive all of us? If people think Obama is the anti-Christ; they were not deceived, therefore, he cannot be the anti-Christ.

Exactly. If Satan wanted us, he could have had us all right after 9-11.

I assumed since you were so matter of fact with your assertions that you could provide the source of your conclusions. No?
