Everyone has been worried about this since way back when in January.

NYTimes Raises Obama Assassination Fears | NewsBusters.org

It is almost like a sure thing that an assassination attempt will be made on BOTH candidates - Obama and McCAIN because there is so much division in this election.

I don't think that Palin/ McCain did anything to help this. I also don't think they are totally responsible for this either. I do think that when you have people like Palin running for the second highest office and she has said some of the things she has about Obama didn't help. I believe that it inspired nut people to say look she or they think like I do. Those that came to their rallies and shouted things in a way thought they had a platforn to do that because of what Palin was saying and McCain and the ads and calls and flyers they sent. They started something and McCain had to try and stop it that one day and then after tat started the Robo calls. I'm not saying they are resonsible but people who think in these terms aren't all there. The lady with the B on her face I would love to know in her head why she did this. There are people who besides how far we have come have a hard time with Obama as a black man being president. Then you take all this other crap being dished out and you fall right into their mindset. THat is all you need. I just hope for the next 7 days the talk is about the issues. I do know this, people for the most part are not the same people as perhaps those that lived in the 60's. I was young then but things have changed and eveb in this election people have said of all colors stop this is enough we don't need this kind of a election. That is the message that all of us even if you don't support Obama need to say.

Having had a run-in myself years ago with a group of neo-nazi skinheads, I can attest to how scary and violent they are. They nearly killed a man I was with because they thought he was "Arab". Literally just beat him nearly to death (a group of about 6 of them) just because of how he looked. Luckily he survived with a concussion and broken bones. These people need to be dealt with. They are terrorists. They kill and intimidate on the basis of race and religion, yet they claim to be so "pro-American". What a joke. They are scary and I hope this country does something to deal with them soon.
