He knows he wasnt or he wouldn't be lying about. Since there are so many threads up about this, just thought lets do fair play. The birth certifcate he shows people is not the original. The town he says he was born in, is a lie, the hospital he says he was born in, another lie
the original is here:

and here is the info proving no law exists that would make him a natural born citizen. A US Citizen, yes.. Natural Born, NO.

Panama John [updated 6-10-2008]

It doesnt matter if he was born in a yurt .
Both his parents were US citizens and His father was on active duty stationed in Panama , which was a US territory at the time.

so yes indeed he is a natural born citizen.

Obama on the other hand was only born of one US citizen who didnt meet the legal requirements at the time of his birth to grant him natural born status ( she was too young ) if he was born in Kenya instead of Hawaii , like his paternal Grandmother claimed .

Wrong about McCain----------- read the thread!! If John McCain were to win we would have to amend the constitution to allow him to serve the office.

HONOLULU – State officials say there's no doubt Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.
Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said Friday she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama's original birth certificate.

I doubt it. I don't think this will ever end. Pres. Kennedy was assassinated 45 years ago, and people are still arguing about that!

No they were about Obama not now or ever being their POTUS or anyone else like him.

Michigan Law Review
This is very interesting.

Although natural-born citizen is not defined, I always believed that citizen-at-birth and natural-born citizen are equivalent. That means that someone who was born abroad but gained US citizenship at the moment of birth (due to parentage) should be considered a "natural-born citizen".

However if at the moment of McCain's birth, the law in existence at the time did NOT make him a US citizen at that very moment, then I would tend to believe that such a person is NOT a natural born citizen.

The funny thing is that had McCain won, the left-wing equivalent of the "birthers" would have been on far stronger grounds to claim McCain was ineligible based on all of the undisputed facts.
