A lot of ignorant white people will be so upset that a black man is their president, they won't be able to cope. They will take that anger out on African Americans. Now remember, I said ignorant white people...and this is a small percentage. But they are out there. For example, the skinheads recently arrested by the FBI for plotting to killing over 100 African Americans and attempting to assasinate Obama. Those were some hateful and ignorant fools. Thank God there was an infiltrator in their mist that tipped the FBI off.

I really hope Obama is a positive force for blacks and a mending force for race relations because we really need to put this bad chapter of our history to rest and "move on." I think it mainly depends on his message. Is he going to debunk the Jesse Jackson "Whitie is the reason for all your present conditions and whitie needs to pay," and encourage blacks to build themselves up or will he further create a nanny state? Will he pull a Bill Cosby "Get out there and make something of yourself and stop blaming others" message? A little of both? Neither? That's always been the big question for me is will race relations and the economic disparity improve because of an Obama administration? And if so, then how? And will it happen at the price of alienating or causing resentment among other groups? That's not an easy balancing act.

"To be honest, I think some African Americans will have it hard if Barck Obama gets elected"

...To be honest, alot of African Americans ALREADY have it hard, and it's not all the governments falt, either. Some blacks have always had a hard time, always had to worry about race-related crimes a looooooong before Obama even came into the picture.

So..........

bush didn't run against a half black guy. you can think what you want, but I told you the facts. if you want to disagree and race bait, do so at your own risk.

I hope the inbred ignorant racists are uncovered from their dirty little holes by good people.

I'm expecting this to turn into another Reverand Wright thread soon...
wait for it...
