I cant understand why blacks or latinos dont vote for Republicans.

Republicans aint no racists?

Blacks and hispanics also work, so lower taxes benefits them too. wtf.

Latinos are often socially conservative so the GOP COULD have a majority of the Latino vote. Problem is the Illegal Immigrant Bashers too often cross the line and end up attacking Latinos in general. That's the height of stupidity and will very likely cost the GOP ANY chance of winning on Tuesday.

The GOP needs to learn that they NEED the Latino voting block and that they need to reign in the racism that often characterizes any discussion of Illegal Immigration. If they can't separate the rational aspects of Illegal Immigration discussion from the emotional racism then they are doomed to lose election after election.

Actually, I think that the lack of stronger Latino voter support is the biggest single problem for the Republicans this election cycle. As you correctly state, many are significant social conservatives, so the Republican Party should have some basic appeal to their sentiments.

The illegal immigration issue, and the blurring of this discussion in a manner that appears to pick on latinos, is something the Republicans need to really get ironed out. If they can find a way to effectively target the illegal issue as separate from latinos themselves, it should be a major boost for the party.

It's funny that the GOP doesn't target the Asian voters since as a minority they have the highest average household income (2002-2003 puts them at around ~55k).

The GOP seriously should consider minority voters as this election could of used them. Their core values are actually very similar to most asian cultures....

Yeah, but an odd thing I've noticed since moving out to CA a couple of years ago is a complete void of asian citizen participation in politics. I've noticed a complete lack of participation at the local level too, not just national politics.

Can't really understand why, but it clearly is something I specifically have observed out here.

By 2016, after the end of Obama's second term, as policies stand today, the country will be ready in to usher another dynasty of democratic rule. Intolerance and anti-intellectualism are dying, and the republiCons who espouse it are dying with them.

I agree. There were at least 6 or 7 presidential candidates on my ballot when I voted early. It's a shame that the American public only hears about two of those candidates which skews the elections towards one or other of the major parties. It would be nice if we had at least 4 candidates who all have an equal shot at being elected president because there are multiple ideologies that represent the various viewpoints of Americans as to how our country should be ran.

Palin is NOT good for this country.

That woman has no business being anywhere near the White House.
I am a Christian and I have no problem if he choose either of those men. Jesus was a Jew, remember? Also Mormans believe in God.
Obamas "Church" teaches hate. He associates with terroists. I think ya'll need to open your eyes, and see the monster you want to be our President.

Comrade, who said anything about Obama's second term? We still hold out hope that he won't win a first term.

Just say NO to Obama.
