In fact, many of their "prized' cans were eastern local brews like Hudepohl, Rolling Rock, Genessee, and Rheingold..

Which have all been killed by megacorps.
Rolling Rock was my FAVORITE beer of all time.LOVED the stuff!!!!

It was "our" beer around here for many years, especially after the elder midwest breweries were picked off, one by one, by corporate giants, since the 70s..

I think it's blasphemy that they still say on the Rolling Rock label "from the glass lined tanks of Old Latrobe" when it's now made in a modern brewery in New Jersey.

What a crock.

Thanks Budweiser, for ruining the last real American local brew.

Tuborg is a leading international brand – consumed in more than 100 countries.
Tuborg’s universe is a relaxed, fun place with a modern and youthful image.

There's nothing like knowing Tuborg

Yea, he said 4 of them and couldnt remember the 5th, interrupting Brokaw to blurt out "Schulz!"

Seems Mr. Eagleburger went off script and then, in a mea culpa, made himself look stupid.

He had it right the first time, and he knows it.

Sorry comrades, news from the front, Eagleburger has appeared and claimed that his statement was misquoted. He puts his full support behind the current GOP ticket. Not surprising in this hyper frenzy of activity.

Misquoted. He said it, on NPR. I heard it. He is spinning like a top.
