Mine lost in the primaries (Ron Paul). At this point it's hoping the lesser of two evils gets in unless by miracle Ron Paul gets written in by enough people (highly doubtful), though I support neither. If Obama gets in, depends on what he does. If he tries to trample on my civil rights as he likely will, I will consider the federal government to have no legitimate claim to authority over me and will do my utmost to see to it that a state or two secedes, that the tyrant is stripped of his power, etc. No I won't be rioting in the streets, before someone asks that question, but I support abolishing the federal government or seceding from it.

No one is talking about cities burning and blood running in the streets if McCain doesn't win.

Boy, that says a lot about barry's supporters.

The middle class has always cleaned off their shoes and moved on. The Democrats take our money and give it to the poor and the Republicans take our money and give it to the rich. We seem to be getting it from both ends right now. Our load is really heavy.

My husband who is a Democrat voting for McCain said that he is really sorry for all those people Obama has fooled, because it is impossible that he can do all the things for people he says he will do. He said they are standing there expecting something and they will get absolutely nothing because it is not possible to give them anything because there is nothing left to give.

Now I hear Obama is rethinking his plan. Poor suckers!

I notice everyone thinks the other side will collapse and they're side will get over it. Eh, I think we will all go on.

That said, it's gonna be tough for the Repubs. Yeah, we've had Gore and Kerry. We've been there and know life goes on. I'm not at all worried about the black folks rioting, they've had a few hundred years of being sorely disappointed with their fellow man. Your first heartbreak is always the worst, so I'm going to guess it's going to be awhile before some of the more ardent McCain supporters let it go.

So what Black people think about whether we will riot or not is of no importance because you said so. Got it. You got it independent readers? Notice the thread title and how some people are even reacting as they post. Seems as though some will not be happy unless there is carnage in the land. Wow oh wow. Guess I need to buy some bottles and gasoline as I am a drone doomed to do as told by this poster.

I'm sure I would manage.
But I would be pretty pissed, frustrated, etc.

My candidate is the first politician I've been inspired by; and the first time the choice has been completely obvious to me.
My faith in my countrymen would be at an all-time low, if the other guy wins.

I would not spend my time bashing the guy online.
My interest in politics would likely fade to some degree, along with my sense of pride in our country (which has been taking hits the last 8 years, at the least).

Congrats a post actually logically consistent with the thread.
