Divorce agreements, child support, etc., are under the purview of the courts, and as such court records are PUBLIC RECORDS, unless specifically sealed by the judge due to special circumstances.
True, I have looked up divorce and child support records many times myself.

Where do you come up with that? I didn't "say" anything, I just copied part of the article here. I understand that the employee ordered to look up the information was told that Joe the Plumber had contacted them.

It has been proven that ALL citizens may be spied on...and REPUBS response hasn't been outrage at the loose "guidlines"...they only chant "if you haven't done anything wrong then you don't have to worry"....SO...JOE doesn't have to worry and neither do you!
I don't think it has anything to do with him not having a license. The outrage is more due to him misrepresenting himself from the beginning. His first words were (paraphrasing) "I'm getting ready to buy a business that makes over 250,000". It gave the impression that he was in the process of purchasing this plumbing business. Also, from my understanding the only conversation that he had with his boss was at his interview when he was hired where it was stated that "maybe one day you will be able to purchase this business."
In addition, if he really was in the process of buying this business, I would think that he would need a license at that point since he would be the Employer. So it is not about him having a license if he had represented reality in his questions. Instead he took a hypothetical situation and presented it as his own and did not clarify that his questions were based on what his dreams were and not what was reality. He may never be in the position to purchase that particular plumbing business and if so it may be years in the future.
I'd like to see a video of this. I remember it went more like, "I'm thinking about buying..."

And before this election, no one ever accused him of that. I'm making mention of this, because yours is exactly the kind of comment that gets repeated over and over again, and yet it has no basis in fact. It's like when people say Obama is a Muslim. His grandfather was a Muslim; he has a Muslim name; he has Muslim friends. But no, he himself is not a Muslim.

But that's not what loyal followers of both sides have been saying (or many times much worse) to each other and about both canidates on these very boards, I just compressed it into one post instead of sprinkling it across many posts to hopefully put a mirrior in front of everyone so they can see how it looks to someone who's looking at it as a whole and concerned at how low we've sunk.
I noticed you didn't ask for me to stop repeating these comments about Obama, only McCain.... Interesting....
