GOP-ers chart path to McCain win
GOP-ers chart path to McCain win - U.S. Politics & Elections - Politico.com - MLive.com
Time is short and the polls are painting a grim picture for John McCain, but top Republicans believe they still see a clear path to the White House.
Don't believe the GRIM news and polls.
VOTE FOR MCCAIN/PALIN.
Don't wait until after the election to be heard.
Vote now for America- Vote for your freedom, peace & security.
Vote McCain/Palin! It's a safe change towards prosperity.
Obama promised the world to his supporters to gain VOTES.
Then he abandons them after the election.

Barack Obama lays plans to deaden expectation after election victory
Barack Obama’s senior advisers have drawn up plans to lower expectations for his presidency if he wins next week’s election, amid concerns that many of his euphoric supporters are harbouring unrealistic hopes of what he can achieve.
The sudden financial crisis and the prospect of a deep and painful recession have increased the urgency inside the Obama team to bring people down to earth, after a campaign in which his soaring rhetoric and promises of “hope” and “change” are now confronted with the reality of a stricken economy.
One senior adviser told The Times that the first few weeks of the transition, immediately after the election, were critical, “so there’s not a vast mood swing from exhilaration and euphoria to despair”.

GOP-ers chart path to McCain win - David Paul Kuhn - Politico.com
“As much as I would want to see a Dewey-defeats-Truman moment, it's next to impossible for me to see how that occurs mathematically as well as organizationally,” said John Weaver, McCain’s longtime friend and ally, and the top strategist for his 2000 bid for the presidency.
When Weaver was asked if he can envision a feasible scenario that allows McCain to win, Weaver paused and responded: “Intellectually honest, no I can’t.”
The above is the last paragraph of the OP link.

FOX News Poll: Obama Leads Going Into Election Day - FOXNews.com Elections
With just one day to go before Election Day, Barack Obama has a 7 percentage point lead over John McCain -- 50-43 percent, according to the final FOX News pre-election poll of likely voters.
At the end of October, Obama led by 47-44 percent among likely voters, and by 49-40 percent about ten days ago (Oct 20-21). The last time McCain led was immediately following the Republican Convention when he had a 45-42 percent edge (September 8-9 among registered voters).

Not to hijack a thread... but what happens if Obama does not win? Obama is ahead by only a very little at this point and there are alot of independents that still need to vote.
I have a Liberal friend that just moved from Boston to Cali and he told me that either way there is going to be a riot! If McCain wins there will be endless investigations, endless recounts, and riots because the Reps stole it from him like they did with Gore. If Obama wins they will riot like they just won the World Series!
It is so close to going either way! The media is all but saying that Obama has already won... so all Conservatives save your gas and stay home... there is no need to vote!
B.S.! This is going to be a close one! I do not see how someone could vote for someone who comes right out and says that he is going to bankrupt the coal industry, raise taxes on ALL Americans, implement the carbon credits, and sky rocket everybody's electricity bills!?!? He has strong radical ties to... terrorist groups and known and unapologetic terrorists like William Ayres, He has strong ties to ACORN (previously convicted of voter fraud in 6 states and mis-use of funds and now currently being investigated for 14 counts of voter fraud and mis-use of funds), he has come out and said that he's a Marxist, he has attended an anti-white radical black church for over 20 years, and he has only had 143 days of work as senator?????!!!!! WTF!
