McCain's electoral vote total tomorrow is likely to be disturbingly small.

When I listen to NPR anymore and I have to hear this old senile man go on about his anger towards Obama, I just turn it down. I just can't no longer listen to this. It is sad, pathetic, and annoying.

McCain's Seven-State Sprint: Pennsylvania | The Trail | washingtonpost.com
When the Straight Talk Express headed from the airport toward 65,000-seat Raymond James Stadium, it looked to be an audacious move. But the stadium was closed and empty. McCain's rally was in a field across the street, where there were all of 1,100 people awaiting the candidate, a disastrous showing for an election-eve event in this big, Republican town. A vast, fenced off overflow area went unoccupied.

Jonathan Martin's Blog: Small crowd greets McCain in Tampa - Politico.com
Touching down in Tampa for the first event in a grueling, seven-stop last day, John McCain got a reminder of one of the problems that has dogged his candidacy for months: the enthusiasm gap.

In one of Florida's largest and perhaps most politically important areas, only about 1,000 people stood outside the Bucaneers stadium to greet the GOP nominee.

As Adam Smith noted, it was 1/15th of the crowd President Bush had four years ago in the same city.

Or concert tickets like Obama was doing. Wait, he had one yesterday and had to bribe people to show up...

This Sunday, November 2nd, please join Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, and special guest Bruce Springsteen in Cleveland, where they will talk about Barack's vision for creating the kind of change we need.

Joe? Where did you go? - First Read - msnbc.com
A local school district official confirmed after the event that of the 6,000 people estimated by the fire marshal to be in attendance this morning, more than 4,000 were bused in from schools in the area. The entire 2,500-student Defiance School District was in attendance, the official said, in addition to at least three other schools from neighboring districts, one of which sent 14 buses.

Bloomberg.com: Politics
Sept. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Senator John McCain has drawn some of the biggest crowds of his presidential campaign since adding Alaska Governor Sarah Palin to his ticket on Aug. 29. Now officials say they can't substantiate the figures McCain's aides are claiming.
