I checked, your link says nothing about "illegal" in fact, it shows setence after sentence (if true) that the income was filed on their tax returns.
But this brings up another point, so someone high ranking in the tax office of the federal government is disclosing tax records illegally? And you think the issue is the person who filed the taxes, and not the one who did violate the law by disclosing private confidential information, and that information shows that a beer company is selling and making money off... Beer.. ?

Illegal or not she is war profiteering which is a conflict of interest for McCain.
She's selling beer, are you claiming beer companies are not profitable in times of peace?
read the atricle they are not just selling beer.. they are setting up lobbying and deals with the gov to get the contracts for the distro of beer, whine and non alcoholic beverages. among other things.. its a huge conflict of interest for McCain. The same way Cheney and Haliburton is a conflict of interest for him.
