I am just so excited to see how this all turns out! Anyone else as excited as I am?

YES! I woke up today @ 5am. My partner and I went to vote...we were both so excited!!! We said to each other it feels like Christmas!!! I can't WAIT to watch the results come pouring in. We wished we were off today to sit in front of the tv and watch it all day! LOL...

Monumental day in US history!!

Smile Do any other Democrats feel like a kid on Christmas?

I'm a life-long Republican and I feel like a kid at x-mas. I should probably mention that I now consider myself a former Republican. Very former.

I am very excited, too. Excited to see the last of Bush, the worst president in my lifetime. Yeah, out with the old, in with the new !
Happy Election day Everyone!

I don't meet too many "former" republicans, it's a pleasure!

I'm an Independent, cautiously optimistic, yet quietly jubilant.
It ain't over till it's over, but it looks pretty good, and yeah, I'm excited.

Learn from you XMAS experiences of years gone by and temper your enthusiasm. How many times did you always get what you wanted. Relax chill and hope for what we want to happen. But relax and realize regardless what happens that your life is still in your hands for better or worse.

Relieved to see W. leaving (understatement). And, hopefully, if Obama gets it--he can start making the positive changes we sorely need.

I'm an Independent and a skeptic. So this feels like December 24th to me. I'm hoping. And it'll be really hard to fall asleep tonight if it's not already called. Tomorrow, when it's official-- CHRISTMAS MORNING!!
