Obama IS a socialist by Karl Marx's own definition.

I never knew that taxing a different tax bracket was "Socialism". I guess you learn something new every day!

1) Socialism is the government removing what it deems as excess wealth from those who have it and giving it to those it feels need it more , directly.

2) taxes are not redistribution of wealth , but the common citizenry funding the functions of Government in a percentile fashion

3) No, Americans stated paying income taxes long ago, this has nothing to do with the subject at hand though.

4) nope they weren't

5) it is obvious that you do not know as much as you think you do.

this is socialism

it is a far cry from a progressive tax , which we have had.
He supports the same tax structure as Bill Clinton's, under whose presidency the middle class lead better lives!

He is repealing the tax breaks for the wealthiest that Bush thought would be such a great idea because their extra money would rain down upon us. It hasn't rained for 8 long years!!

All taxation could be considered a redistribution of wealth and it is what has been keeping this country running and afloat for a century.

Stop letting the fear factor crowd continue to control your brain.

Taxation IS a form of wealth redistribution. It takes money (taxes) from people and REDISTRIBUTES it (roads, military expenditures), etc.

he was talking about removing wealth directly from one person and redistributing it directly to other he deemed deserved it more for the reason of " social justice" this was NOT out of context and is a basic tenet of socialism as defined by Karl Marx

I asked him the other day, how restoring the tax structure to where it was pre-Bush = socialism.

Unsurprisingly, he had no answer.

Nope. You again are taking things out of context. And you continue to show you know anything about Marxism and I am wasting my mind trying to educate a minute cranium.

By the way even your savior said he did not believe Obama was a socialist.

This is a lie.

You're taking what he said about taxes out of context to try to prove something.
