Everything that's in the USA is found in the UK. Superstores filled with everything and 24 hour shopping. Guess what, we even have cooked breakfasts..lol. The cooked breakfast is a UK thing anyway. Don't know where you get these ideas from?

Absolutely nowhere. Everything we call American we invented. Civilization began in 1776; everyone was mucking about in the primordial ooze before then.

We call France, Spain Germany, Italy etc "the continent". Yes they love their light breakfasts. They love bread, rolls, croissants etc. with jams. They also love their Salami's and cold meats cheeses etc. Coffee is bigger on the continent than in the UK. British Chocolate is amazing and we always bring it home to Houston for Friends, they love it.
As far as respect in Europe for the USA, it is almost gone. Read my previous post for the reasons for this.
Does anyone really think that either of these candidates is less arrogant than the other?
