Since Obama is actually President Elect now, the war in Iraq should hopefully be coming to a close roughly 16 months after he takes office. Thank God. Bring our troops home Barack!!!

Wait til another attack happens after that, then the same anti-war people will want blood again, just like in 2001. Its funny how people forget 9/11 so fast.

Where are those billions coming from?
They're not going to soldier support, that's for sure.
If you don't understand the military budget, you might want to educate yourself.

It's way out of whack.
A great deal goes to contracting out, read Blackwater, Halliburton.

Why play naive?

It's what the US citizenry voted for.
Suck it up.
We had to for 8 years.
How many trillions in debt are we now after the failed Bush administration?

Terrorism. I guess it will take another attack for us to realize that, except the next one will probably be a lot worse than 9/11...

I don't think Obama has the balls to combat terrorism quite frankly.

Unlike Bush, who heroically attacked a country that didn't have any involvement with the attack and never caught the mastermind of it, forcing the next president to go on a manhunt for a man who most likely died years ago in some hole.
