This has been a long year. It started with the fight with Hillary Clinton and the rest of the Dem candidates, and the marathon Democratic primary. There were 22 debates. Then the fight with John McCain. I never thought Obama would lose this election after watching Super Tuesday unfold. This is a great man, an extraordinary man. We are fortunate to have him in office. It brought tears to my eyes. I am incredibly elated at this point....still celebrating!

Warm embrace and a group hug for all the Obama supporters here. We have the best political instincts and we are the greatest of people in this country! I'm proud to be among you.

CONGRATULATIONS TO PRESIDENT-ELECT BARACK OBAMA!

I'm glad it went the way it did and I'm glad all of you were on board for the ride...I've met some great people because of this election(and some buttholes too) and I'm VERY happy we all pulled together.
