During hoover's presidency. Ever studied history? At one point FDR also did so when the economy seemd to be turning around, and it sent it spiraling downhill again.

Another completly clueless Obama fan. It does not even take an illegal alien to figure out that raising taxes in a bad economy is a bad idea. And they don't even pay taxes.
