They are taking advantage of Obama winning, but the missile move is in response to the 'defense' (if you call 25% hit rating a defense) shield.

They did it knowing who's going to be there January. It's too late for Bush to do anything.

Ummmm let's think about this logically if you can. Bush is on his way out so why would they wait until after Obama is elected to make this announcement? the artical even says they are testing Obama, do you need a house to fall on you or should I say a nuke?

As opposed to 0%? Look at the people fighting the funding for it.....then you will see why it's not more advanced...I will give you a hint their affiliations start with D....
