Thats odd, considering Ron Paul is technically a repub --- and certainly would be closer to republican ideology then democratic at least fiscally.

Paul knows more about Constitutional government than the rest of the socialist swine from both parties. The fact that he's been soundly rejected by both parties speaks more to his integrity, honesty, and dedication to Constitutional policy, none of which the Repubs or Dems possess.

He's also advocated listening to what our enemies have to say.

Actually they rightly think that Americans are idiots because they voted in Dumbass Bushie for 2 terms.

I agree. I was hoping that Kucinich would be offered a cabinet position.

Kucinich has great ideas for improving the lot of the middle class, and he isn't afraid to take on the 'establishment' stick-in-the-muds, like Nancy Pelosi, and went after Bush's impeachment. Gravel has brilliant ideas for Americans to reclaim the 'power' in America and write their own laws. Paul has more expertise on the economy than probably anyone else. The good thing about this new administration is that Obama will seek out the most qualified candidates for these strategic positions, not just load them up with political sychophants like Bush did.
