Oh good lord.

You people who honestly believe that the Presidency is more than a figurehead position with the actual power to do anything above and beyond what the House and Senate allow, crack me up. You all need a refresher course on the workings of the U.S. government.

Wait, that would be double jeopardy right?

...because G.W. is presently serving 756 consecutive life sentences for every crime committed by someone else since the beginning of time.....

LOL Anyone who thinks all this is just Bush's fault hasn't really kept up with what's going on in Washington, can't accept that democrats and republicans together have created it side by side with Bush or are getting all their politics from what others who haven't studied the issues are saying. Word of advice, Back slowly away from the kool-aid glass, drop Shop and run, don't walk to sign up for Political Science.

Uh-oh. We will then have to impeach Clinton (again)...
During the 1990s under Pres. Clinton, the National Security Agency monitored millions of private phone calls placed by U.S. citizens and citizens of other countries under a secret program code-named Echelon. It had been monitoring private domestic telephone conversations without obtaining court-approved warrants.

He suspended habeas corpus even against US citizens
Did Bush ever force 110,000 Americans into internment camps (like FDR did to Americans of Japanese descent)?
