For twelve of the past 14 years, Bush's boys ran congress. And Phil Gramm chaired the banking and finance committee, pushing hard for deregulation. Then, Bush's regulatory agencies followed through with lax oversight. You're witnessing the results but failing to connect the dots because they don't conform to your prejudices.

Bush is a moron.

That being said. EVERYTHING is not Bush's fault, folks. You keep forgetting that congress has a lower approval rating then him. Bush DID NOT cause everything wrong in this country right now!

Congress’ Approval Rating Ties Lowest in Gallup Records
And as we've all seen in recent days the public has made BIG changes to that unpopular congress. Have you figured out which way that pendulum swung?

Bush is responsible for those things he messed up

And that's a very long list. Do you require an update or would you rather wallow in denial?

No, I want a cartoon character chart just like the other one. One that goes back well past the last 14 years.

But now that you point it out, odd that those 12 years Republicans controlled Congress the economy grew, and the 2 years they didnt, we're seeing one of the greatest recessions in history. Just a coincidence I'm sure..
