Now that Obama was elected, let's talk about some of his plans for the USA. It appears to me that a lot of people both Republicans and Democrats do not know much about his plans and ideas. I did not support or vote for Obama but it is ludicrous to say that all his ideas are bad. There are some very good ideas there and some I may not agree with. Personally, I like this one in particular:

Obama will create a new American Opportunity Tax Credit worth $4,000 in exchange for community service. It will cover two-thirds the cost of tuition at the average public college or university and make community college tuition completely free for most students.

Great idea in my opinion!!

His plans are:
1) pay for gas
2) pay for mortgage
3) tax cut for indiv/families
4) nationalized healthcare
5) no tax for seniors' SS
6) help the middle class
7) economic recovery - low gas price, affordable homes, jobs, etc.

How many hours community service? Why don't they just get a job, they will probably earn more?
That's what I call handcuffs/shackles around the wrists and ankles when you get a handout from Obama. You are obligated and enslaved by the government.

I put myself through college by working some of the worst jobs you can think of. I would rather do something meaningful for my community than working at UPS at 2 AM.
